Advantages and features
1. Efficient and convenient
The hydraulic motor pump has a compact structure, small size and light weight, making it easy to transport, install and maintain. This makes it advantageous in space-constrained situations. At the same time, it is simple to install and requires no civil engineering works, which can save up to 75% of civil engineering/facilities construction costs.
2.Flexible and fast installation
Installation method: vertical and horizontal optional;
Installation is easy and usually only takes a few hours to complete, greatly saving time and labor costs.
3. Suitable for tough working environment
When required submerged and power is inconvenient, the hydraulic motor pump can separate the power from the pump. The intermediate distance can be up to 50 meters as needed, effectively solving the functions that traditional submersible pumps cannot achieve.
- Flexible control
The control of the hydraulic motor pump is flexible, and precise control of the output torque and speed can be achieved by adjusting parameters of the hydraulic system such as pressure, flow, etc.
- Remote operation and automation
The hydraulic motor pump can be remotely controlled through external hydraulic control equipment to achieve automated operations.
- Specific problem solutions
In certain applications, where frequent starts and stops are required, shock loads need to be withstood, or output needs to be precisely adjusted, hydraulic motor pumps can provide a better solution.
PERFORMANCE CURVE
Hydraulic Drive Submersible Pump
TONGKE AVHY series features hydraulic-drive pump-ends, which include rugged cast steel impellers for general pumping of slurries and sledges.
1. Available semi-recessed vortex impeller for sewage and solids handling up to 5 inches.
2. Pump bearings independent of hydraulic motor, which means that loads will not affect motor reliability.
3. Double mechanical seal design, carbon upper surfaces and silicon carbide lower surfaces.
