Our double suction split casing centrifugal pumps for fire fighting(ASN series) comply with NFPA 20 and UL listed application requirements and with appropriate fittings for providing water supply to fire protection systems in buildings, factories plants and yards. 

How about our double suction split casing fire fighting pumps’ performance? Its capacity could be 300GPM to 2500GPM. Head could be 90 FT to 650FT, Pressure could be up to 650Psi. Different material such as cast iron, stainless steel, Ni-AI Bronze, Duplex stainless steel etc could be used according to customer’s different working condition. 

What features do our double suction split casing fire fighting pumps have? It has compact structure, good stability, easy installation and high efficiency.

1, The pump case is double volute structured, which greatly reduces radial force, lightens bearing’s load and prolongs bearing’s service life.

2, Stable running the optimally designed double-suction impeller makes the axial force reduced to the minimum and has a blade-style of very excellent hydraulic performance,both internal surface of the pump casing and the impeller s surface, being precisely cast, are extremely smooth and have a notable performance vapour corrosion resisting and a high efficiency 

Except double suction split casing fire fighting pumps, we also manufacture single stage end suction type, vertical turbine type, multistage centrifugal type, in-line type etc. 

Our fire fighting pumps meet NFPA20 standard. The pump curve is stable within the nominal range of pump operation. The total productive head of the pump at 150% of the nominal flow is less than 65% of the nominal head. The total shut off head is more than 140% of the nominal head.
